Howard Dean's campaign for president has gotten a big boost recently. He is the top fund-raiser this quarter among Democratic candidates, and has become the first to qualify for federal matching funds. Outlook is following all the candidates on the campaign trail to bring you their stories. This is Howard Dean's.
